eine gruppe zählt auch dann als gildengruppe, auch wenn die chars nicht in der instanz sind.
d.h. 8 gildenmitglieder in eine gruppe stecken, können dann offline gehen, und wenn man dann einen 10er raid macht, bekommt man trotzdem den gildenerfolg
